基于站城融合的广州铁路客运枢纽布局规划优化策略研究

Research on Optimization Strategy of Railway Passenger Transport Hub Layout of Guangzhou Based on Station-City Integration

铁路客运枢纽作为城市内部交通与对外交通的衔接点,其布局影响城市运行的综合效能,需立足与城市的整体关系进行优化和完善。梳理中心城市以站城融合视角开展铁路枢纽布局规划优化的必要性,分析铁路站城融合现状,提出普速铁路外迁、高速铁路引入中心城区和多站布局、互联互通的优化策略。以广州为例,提出主城区改造及新增客站,外围城区多站布局、分方向把口,形成互联互通的运输格局,运行组织上实现普速铁路外迁、高速铁路引入中心城区、货运铁路外绕等建议,为站城融合发展提供经验。

Railway passenger transport hubs support the connections between internal and external traffic of cities. Its layout has a profound impact on cities and needs to be improved on the basis of the overall relationship with cities. The necessity to optimize the railway hub layout was clarified from the perspective of station-city integration in central cities. The development status of station-city integration in the railway hub layout was analyzed, and the optimization strategies for railway passenger hubs were put forward, including relocating normal-speed railway hubs in the suburban and building high speed railway hubs in the city center as well as multi-station layout and interconnection. Finally, with Guangzhou as an example, suggestions were put forward on how to optimize the layout of railway passenger transport hubs, including reconstructing old hubs and adding new hubs in the main urban area, forming the multi-station layout in the peripheral urban area to serve passengers from the corresponding direction, and interconnecting railway hubs. The experience for the development of station-city integration concept of Guangzhou was provided.
