中西医结合防治冠心病方案的循证优化设计与实施要点

Evidence-based Optimization Design and Implementation Points of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Therapies for Prevention and Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease

中西医结合防治冠心病的疗效有目共睹,但相关防治方案仍缺乏高质量证据,亟待在临床研究中进一步优化循证设计与实施方法。现就当前循证研究中存在的主要问题提出建议,在临床中凝练并构建科学问题,并就在治疗中如何有效发挥中西医结合的优势互补、怎样实现循证优化的“规范产证”及“精准辨证”、加强临床试验实施的管理和质控等方面予以阐述。通过提供本研究团队的循证优化设计事例,进一步帮助临床研究者明确研究目标和研究方法,严格实施并规范表述,以期为临床工作者提供参考,提高中西医结合临床研究质量。

The efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease is obvious to all,but the relevant prevention and treatment programs still lack high-quality evidence,and it is urgent to further optimize the evidence-based design and implementation methods in clinical research.This article puts forward suggestions on the main problems existing in the current evidence-based research.To condense and construct scientific questions in the clinic,and how to effectively play the complementary advantages of the combination of Chinese and western medicine in the treatment,how to realize the"standardized production certificate"and"precise dialectics"of evidence-based optimization,and strengthen the management and quality control of clinical trial implementation and so on.By providing examples of evidence-based optimization design of this research team,we hope to further help clinical researchers to clarify research objectives and research methods,strictly implement and standardize the expression,provide reference for clinical workers,and improve the quality of clinical research on integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.
