摘要 白细胞介素-1β(Interleukin-1β,IL-1β)是一种有效的促炎细胞因子,参与细胞增殖、分化和凋亡等多种生命活动.在鱼类中,IL-1β基因已被广泛克隆和鉴定.鱼类与哺乳动物的IL-1β之间存在许多相似特征,在免疫调节过程中发挥着重要的功能.对IL-1β的进化研究能够揭示IL-1家族的起源和进化历程,有助于更深入地了解IL-1β的功能.通过对近年来鱼类IL-1β的相关文献进行研究,从IL-1β的进化、结构、功能等方面对鱼类IL-1β进行了论述,以期了解其研究进展. Interleukin-1β(IL-1β)is an effective pro-inflammatory cytokine,which participates in various life activities such as cell proliferation,differentiation and apoptosis.The IL-1βgene of fish has been extensively cloned and identified.The evolutionary study of IL-1βcan reveal the origin and evolution of the IL-1 family,which is conducive to a deeper understanding of the function of IL-1β.In addition,the IL-1βof fish and mammals have many similar characteristics.Therefore,fish IL-1βmay play an equally important function in the process of immune regulation.In this paper,we summarize the recentliteratures on fish IL-1βon the evolution,structure and function of IL-1β,with a view to understanding the research progress of IL-1βin fish.
