中药热奄包联合中医情志干预在脾虚胃寒证慢性胃炎中的应用效果

Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Reyanbao Combined with Emotional Intervention on Chronic Gastritis with Spleen Deficiency and Cold Stomach Syndrome

目的探讨中药热奄包联合中医情志干预在脾虚胃寒证慢性胃炎中的应用效果。方法选取周口市中医院2019年5月至2020年11月收治的脾虚胃寒证慢性胃炎患者107例,按随机数字表法分为2组:对照组52例,给予常规护理干预;研究组55例,在对照组基础上给予中药热奄包联合中医情志干预。比较2组依从率、干预前后负性情绪[汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分]、疼痛消失时间及护理工作满意度。结果与对照组比较,研究组依从率显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与干预前比较,2组干预后HAMA、HAMD评分显著降低,且研究组干预后上述指标评分降低更为明显(均P<0.05);与对照组比较,研究组疼痛消失时间显著缩短、护理工作满意度显著升高,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论中药热奄包联合中医情志干预应用于脾虚胃寒证慢性胃炎患者,可改善患者负性情绪,提高依从性,促进疼痛缓解,提高护理工作满意度。

Objective To analyze the effect of traditional Chinese medicine Reyanbao combined with emotion intervention on chronic gastritis with spleen deficiency and cold stomach syndrome.Methods A total of 107 chronic gastritis patients with spleen deficiency and cold stomach syndrome admitted to Zhoukou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2019 to November 2020 were randomly given conventional nursing alone(control group,n=52)or in combination with traditional Chinese medicine Reyanbao and emotion intervention(study group,n=55).The compliance rate,Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)score,Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)score,pain disappearance time and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the compliance rate and nursing satisfaction were increased and the pain disappearance time was shortened in the study group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of HAMA and HAMD decreased in both groups,and those in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese medicine Reyanbao and emotional intervention can relieve negative emotions,increase compliance,promote pain relief and improve nursing satisfaction in chronic gastritis patients with spleen deficiency and cold stomach syndrome.
