睑板腺按摩联合地夸磷索钠治疗翼状胬肉切除术后干眼症的临床效果

Effect of Meibomian Gland Massage Combined with Diquafosol Sodium on Dry Eye after Pterygium Excision

目的探讨睑板腺按摩联合地夸磷索钠治疗翼状胬肉切除术后干眼症的临床效果。方法选取翼状胬肉切除术后干眼症患者56例73眼,按随机数字表法分为2组:对照组36眼予以地夸磷索钠滴眼液治疗,观察组37眼予以睑板腺按摩联合地夸磷索钠滴眼液治疗。比较2组治疗前后眼表疾病指数(OSDI)评分、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、泪液分泌试验(SIt)泪液长度和临床疗效。结果与治疗前比较,2组治疗后各时间点(1 d、1周、2周、1个月)OSDI评分显著降低、BUT显著延长、SIt试验泪液长度显著延长,且观察组同时间点上述各指标变化更为明显,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组治疗总有效率显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论睑板腺按摩联合地夸磷索钠治疗翼状胬肉切除术后干眼症可有效降低OSDI分数,延长泪膜破裂时间及SIt试验泪液长度,治疗效果显著。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of meibomian gland massage combined with diquafosol sodium on dry eye after pterygium excision.Methods Fifty-six patients with dry eye(73 eyes)after pterygium excision were randomly treated with diquafosol sodium alone(control group,36 eyes)or in combination with meibomian gland massage(observation group,37 eyes).The ocular surface disease index(OSDI)score,tear film breakup time(BUT),length of Schirmer I test(SIt)and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results The OSDI score was decreased and the BUT and length of SIt were prolonged in both groups 1 day,1 week,2 weeks and 1 month after treatment.Furthermore,the changes in the observation group were more obvious than those in the control group(P<0.05).In addition,the total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Meibomian gland massage combined with diquafosol sodium can effectively reduce OSDI score and prolong BUT and length of SIT test in the treatment of dry eye after pterygium excision.
