摘要
对某石化科研园区(K园区)的暂估项的投资控制进行研究。在K园区暂估项管理实践的基础上,对暂估价的影响因素进行归纳分析。建立层次分析法(AHP)模型,对影响暂估价控制目标的准则层和指标层各个因素进行排序,识别最关键因素重点解决,包括控制暂估项列项、优化设计组织模式以及精简预结算及变更审核流程等,通过合理的管理方案顶层设计为暂估价工程的有效管理打好基础。
This paper studies the investment control of the estimated items in a petrochemical research park. Based on the management practice of provisional estimate in K Park, this paper summarizes and analyzes the influencing factors of provisional estimate. An analytic hierarchy process(AHP) model is established to sort out the factors affecting the control objectives of the provisional estimate at the criteria level and the index level, and identify the most critical factors to be solved, including controlling the list of provisional estimate items, optimizing the design organization mode, and simplifying the budget and settlement and changing review process. Through the reasonable top-level design of management scheme, it lays a good foundation for the effective management of the provisional estimate project.
