摘要
以船舶分段制造车间为载体,针对船厂信息采集费时滞后、网络干扰严重、制造现场“信息孤岛”等问题,对适用于船舶制造车间现场的自组网技术进行研究。设计双层层次结构的自组网簇树型分层分簇异构拓扑结构,分析自组织路由技术及节点定位技术,通过进行网络自愈试验以及试点应用,验证该组网方式的有效性。研究成果对船舶生产现场的网络建设具有现实借鉴意义。
Based on a ship manufacturing workshop,aiming at the problems of information collection lag,serious network interference and"information island"of ship enterprises,the AD hoc network technology suitable for ship manufacturing workshop was studied;two-layer AD hoc network topology were designed,Self-organizing routing technology and Node location technology were analyzed,and its effectiveness was verified by network self-healing experiment and pilot application.The research results have practical significance for the network construction of ship production site.
