阐述火电技改项目EPC招标设置最高限价,在节约项目投资,引导投标方理性报价方面发挥着重要作用。探讨影响最高限价编制的影响因素,提出了提升最高限价编制质量的措施和建议。
This paper expounds that the maximum price set in EPC bidding of thermal power technical transformation project plays an important role in saving project investment and guiding bidders to make rational quotation.It discusses the influencing factors of ceiling price compilation,and puts forward measures and suggestions to improve the quality of ceiling price compilation.
