基于全因子试验碱液循环泵固液两相流数值计算与性能预测 被引量:2

摘要 通过全因子试验设计并结合欧拉-欧拉多相流模型对碱液循环泵进行全流场固液两相流动数值模拟,对含不同颗粒直径(0.2,0.6,1.0 mm)、不同颗粒体积分数(5%,15%,25%)和不同颗粒密度(2400,2800,3200 kg/m^(3))时碱液循环泵的外特性数值解进行定量分析.结果表明:颗粒体积分数以及颗粒体积分数与颗粒密度的交互作用对碱液循环泵外特性影响较大;颗粒直径与颗粒密度作为与颗粒质量相关的量,对流场的作用也较为相似.建立了不同颗粒属性与碱液循环泵外特性相关的数学模型,并对碱液循环泵输送含有固相颗粒介质的外特性进行定量数值预测,为碱液循环泵的水力设计提供了理论参考. The full factor experimental design and Euler-Euler multiphase flow model were used to simulate the solid-liquid two-phase flow in the whole flow field of alkaline circulating pump.The hydraulic characteristics of alkaline with different particle diameters(0.2,0.6,1.0 mm),different particle volume fractions(5%,15%,25%)and different particle densities(2400,2800,3200 kg/m^(3))were quantitatively analyzed.The results show that the particle volume fraction and the interaction between particle volume fraction and particle density have a significant influence on the external characteristics of alkaline circulation pump.The effect of particle diameter and particle density on the flow field,which are related to particle mass.In addition,the mathematical model of different particle pro-perties and the characteristics of the alkaline pump were established.Quantitatinve numerical prediction of hydraulic characteristics of the alkakine circulation pump′s transport medium containing solid particles,which provides theoretical reference for the hydraulic design of the alkaline pump.
