摘要
我国大气环境集成观测数据来源不一、种类多、结构复杂、管理难度大。为保证大气环境集成观测数据在大气污染治理上的有效利用,北京大学和中山大学等单位基于我国东部大气环境集成观测,联合研发了我国东部首个大气环境数据集成及分析共享平台系统。重点攻克多源数据接入、存储与管理、数据资源共享机制等关键技术,建立标准规范。结合数据共享与应用成效评价指标体系研究,整合我国东部大气环境集成观测数据资源,形成多数据类型、多用户层次需求的数据产品、集成软件工具包应用服务及学术交流平台,为我国东部大气复合污染科学研究、防治决策、科普知识传播提供数据和技术支撑。
The integrated observation data about atmospheric environment in Chinais characterized by multiple sources,various types,and comprehensive compounds,which ultimately result in the difficulty in management.In order to ensure the effective use of integrated observation data about atmospheric environment in air pollution control,Peking University,Sun Yat-Sen Universityet and other institutions jointly developed the first atmospheric environment data integration and analysis sharing platform system in Eastern China based on the integrated observation of atmospheric environment in eastern China.Focusing on tackling key technologies such as multi-source data access,storage and management,and data resource sharing mechanism,this paper establishes relevant standards and norms.On the basis of the research on the data sharing and application effectiveness evaluation index system,by integrating the observation data resources of atmospheric environment in Eastern China,we have established an application service and academic exchange platform for data products and integrated software toolkits with multi-data types and multi-user level demand,which provides data and technical support for scientific research,prevention and control decision-making,and popular science knowledge popularization of atmospheric compound pollution in Eastern China.
