This paper summarizes the purpose and significance of the research and practice of design and construction optimization of power transmission and transformation projects under EPC mode.This paper expounds the key points of design and construction research from three aspects:project cost,feasibility optimization and effective interaction of all parties.Finally,based on several construction examples of power transmission and transformation projects,the paper verifies the added value brought by EPC mode to the construction of power transmission and transformation projects.
