摘要
文章分析了压力机平行度、垂直度、滑块和工作台加载变形(挠度)等因素对模具调试及冲压件质量的影响,确定了压力机加载时的挠度变形对模具工作型面有很大影响,据此设计了压机加载时变形的检测方法和加载变形检测工具,并选取一台压力机在模具工作状态下进行了测量,并对测量数据进行分析,得出变形趋势。模具前期设计需要考虑压机加载时的挠度变形,并根据压机变形情况进行补偿,可以降低压力机加载时变形给模具调试带来的额外负担,从而缩短了模具调试周期,并对冲压件生产稳定性提供保证。
In this paper,the effects of press parallelism,verticality,slider and worktable loading deformation(deflection)on die debugging and stamping quality are analyzed,and it is determined that the deflection deformation during press loading has a great influence on the working surface of the die.Based on this,the detection method and tool of deformation during press loading are designed,and a press is selected to measure under the working condition of the die.Based on the analysis of the measured data,the deformation trend is obtained.Accordingly,the early design of the die needs to consider the deflection deformation when the press is loaded and compensate according to the deformation of the press,which can reduce the additional burden caused by the deformation when the press is loaded,thus shorten the die debugging cycle and ensure the stability of stamping production.
