建筑智能化工程的施工技术要点分析

随着传统建筑行业转型升级以及绿色节能建筑、智慧小区和智慧城市的建设,建筑智能化产业发展得到了人们的关注。文章在阐述建筑智能化内涵和基本特点的基础上,分析建筑智能化工程施工技术应用的基本要求,并从施工前、施工时和施工后三个阶段具体分析建筑智能化工程施工技术应用要点,旨在能够更好地促进建筑工程施工建设发展。

With the transformation and upgrading of the traditional construction industry and the construction of green energy-saving buildings,smart communities and smart cities,people focus on the development of intelligent building industry.On the basis of expounding the connotation and basic characteristics of building intelligence,this paper analyzes the basic requirements of the application of building intelligent engineering construction technology,and analyzes the main points of the application of building intelligent engineering construction technology from three stages before construction,during construction and after construction,in order to better promote the development of building engineering construction.
