基于MNSS的新医科人才体系培养的管理系统构建

当前新医科背景下的医学院校传统教育模式仍存在教学内容冗余、教学方式单一的问题。另外,医学院校在新医科人才培养方面难以实现多学科的交叉教学,且无法满足医疗行业对新医科人才在综合实践能力及专业动手能力上的培养需求。针对上述问题,为帮助部分医学院校快速适应新一轮科技革命,推进医学教育、临床治疗及科学研究的融合进程,并建立新医科人才培养体系,文章结合MNSS平台,构建面向新医科人才体系培养的管理系统。该管理系统采用B/S架构进行设计,由用户管理、课程管理及实验管理等模块组成,根据新医科人才培养的需要,该系统提供丰富的交叉学科知识、完备的虚拟仿真实验资源以及成熟的人才培养体系,为改善传统线下教学模式存在的弊端、批量培养综合实践能力及专业动手能力强的新医科人才、促进医学研的有机整合提供资源及平台基础。

At present,there are still some problems in the traditional education mode of medical colleges and universities in the context of new medicine,such as redundant teaching contents and single teaching methods.In addition,medical colleges and universities are difficult to achieve multi-disciplinary teaching in the training of new medical talents,and can not meet the needs of the medical industry for the training of new medical talents in comprehensive practical ability and professional practical ability.In view of the above problems,in order to help some medical colleges and universities quickly adapt to the new round of scientific and technological revolution,promote the integration process of medical education,clinical treatment and scientific research,and establish a new medical talent training system,this paper combines the MNSS platform to construct a management system for the training of new medical talents system.The management system is designed based on B/S architecture,which is composed of user management,course management and experiment management.According to the needs of new medical personnel training,the system provides rich cross-disciplinary knowledge,complete virtual simulation experiment resources and mature talent training system.It provides resources and platform basis for improving the disadvantages of the traditional offline teaching mode,training new medical talents with comprehensive practical ability and professional practical ability in batch,and promoting the organic integration of medical research.
