基于DCMM的能源企业数据治理实践

某能源企业通过引进数据管理能力成熟度评估模型国家标准(简称为DCMM),对企业资产全生命周期业务范围进行了成熟度评估,发现了企业数据管理方面存在的问题和不足,并通过构建企业数据能力评估模型,从基于DCMM的组织结构层面的数据资产目录到各个数据治理领域的要求落实为后续工作重点。

By introducing the national standard of Data Capability Maturity Model(DCMM),this paper evaluates the maturity of the business scope of the whole life cycle of enterprise assets,and finds out the problems and deficiencies in enterprise data management,and puts forward relevant requirements for the follow-up work by constructing the enterprise data capability maturity model from the data asset catalogue based on DCMM organizational structure to the requirements of various data governance fields.
