摘要
在新冠肺炎疫情背景下,严峻的公共卫生形势迫使高校急需反思当前预防医学人才培养中的短板。作者分析了重临床轻预防、重理论轻实践、重基础轻创新等主要问题,认真思考并论证了如何将疫情防控融入教学,提出了重预防、强实践、促全球、厚人文的教学理念转变,从新冠肺炎疫情防控的各个环节充分挖掘了预防医学专业课程中的知识点,试行了在线教学、案例法教学、模拟(虚拟)教学、综合演练等教学方法改革,对提高预防医学人才培养质量进行了有益的探索。
Under the epidemic situation of COVID-19,the severe public health situation forces us to urgently rethink the shortcomings in the current training of preventive medicine professionals.We have analyzed the major problems,such as valuing clinical practice over prevention,valuing theory over practice,and valuing foundation over innovation.We have carefully considered and demonstrated how to integrate epidemic prevention and control into teaching.We have put forward the teaching concept of attaching importance to prevention,strengthening practice,promoting globalization and paying attention to humanity.We have fully explored the knowledge in preventive medicine courses from all aspects of COVID-19 prevention and control.We have tried out online teaching,case teaching,simulation(virtual)teaching,comprehensive exercise and other teaching methods reform.It is beneficial to explore how to improve the quality of preventive medicine personnel training.
