三方契约关系中平台在混合式教学模式中的优化建议

网络平台的出现将教师-学生之间的教学关系,转变为学生-平台-教师之间的三方关系,让延续千年的线下教学模式转变为混合式教学模式,也让本已成熟的教学质量评价体系重新被设计,以适应混合式教学的挑战。文章在梳理近期混合式教学质量评价体系文献的基础上,探讨平台在三方契约关系中的六大职能,并根据教学实践心得,总结出平台当前存在的问题,提出应理清平台责权,加强技术升级,净化网络环境,加强内部管理;提供全过程教学质量评价体系的平台支撑;设置专有资源供线上课程持续更新的优化建议。

The emergence of the online platform will transform the long-standing teacher-student teaching relationship into a tripartite relationship between student-platform-teacher,the millennium-long offline teaching model into a hybrid teaching model;it also requires the already mature teaching quality evaluation system to be redesigned to meet the challenges of blended teaching.Based on the analysis of literature on the quality evaluation system of blended teaching courses,this paper discusses the six functions of the platform in the tripartite contractual relationship.And based on the teaching practice experience,it summarize the current problems of the platform,proposes that the platform should be clarified,strengthen the technology upgrade,purify the network environment,strengthen internal management,provide platform support for the whole process of teaching quality evaluation system and set up exclusive resources for continuously updated optimization suggestions for online courses.
