摘要 运动康复作为十分重要的一种康复方法,在康复领域有着广泛的应用。在患者进行康复运动过程中,不同的坐姿对其舒适度体验有着重要影响。本文利用人体仿真技术,使用前倾、端坐、后躺等坐姿作为变量,以腕部、肘部、肩部、躯干、臀部、膝部、脚裸、腰椎间盘压力作为评定依据,研究运动康复过程中不同坐姿对使用者疲劳程度的影响。仿真最终确定了后躺为合理的康复运动姿势,同时也为康复运动坐具的设计提供参考。 As an important rehabilitation method,exercise rehabilitation has a wide range of applications in the field of rehabilitation.In the process of rehabilitation exercise,different sitting postures have an important impact on the comfort experience of patients.In this paper,human body simulation technology is used to study the influence of different sitting postures on the fatigue degree of users in the process of exercise rehabilitation,with the sitting postures of leaning forward,sitting upright and leaning back as variables,and the wrist,elbow,shoulder,torso,hip,knee,ankle and lumbar intervertebral disc pressure as evaluation basis.The simulation results finally determined that the leaning back was a reasonable rehabilitation posture,and also provided suggestions for the design of the rehabilitation exercise seat.
