IPA法在城市生活垃圾投放行为评价中的应用

Research on the Application of IPA Method in the Evaluation of Municipal Solid Waste Disposal Behavior

目的本文利用IPA法(Importance-Performance Analysis,重要性-绩效性分析法)对垃圾投放行为进行优先排序,提出一种提升城市生活垃圾投放质量的管理思路。方法通过田野调查法获取一手资料,对垃圾投放行为制定分类标准。以IPA法为基础,构建垃圾投放行为发生的重要性和可改进性两项评价指标,对垃圾投放质量进行评价。其中,行为发生的重要性采用田野调查法对收集的行为信息量化后精准评价;行为的可改进性使用德尔菲法利用Likert量表进行量化评估评价。结果统计出18项垃圾投放行为,探寻到5项发生频率高的行为,筛选出8项可改进空间大的行为,并通过IPA法划分为四个象限进行分析。结论针对如何通过行为管制达到提升垃圾投放质量的目的,提出相关建议。

Objective This article uses the IPA method(Importance-Performance Analysis,importance-performance analysis method)to prioritize the behavior of garbage disposal,and proposes a management idea to improve the quality of municipal solid waste disposal.Methods First,obtain first-hand data through the field survey method,and formulate classification standards for garbage disposal.Then,based on the IPA method,two evaluation indicators of importance and improveability of the occurrence of garbage disposal behavior are constructed to evaluate the quality of garbage disposal.Among them,the importance of behavior occurrence is accurately evaluated after quantification of the collected behavior information by the field survey method;the improvement of behavior is quantitatively evaluated and evaluated by the Delphi method and the Likert scale.Results 18 waste disposal behaviors were counted,5 behaviors with high occurrence frequency were explored,8 behaviors with large room for improvement were screened out,and they were divided into four quadrants for analysis by the IPA method.Conclusion Provide relevant suggestions on how to improve the quality of garbage disposal through behavior control.
