摘要
选择4-吡啶甲酸和Cu(NO_(3))2·3H_(2)O通过水热合成法制备出一种新颖的铜配合物[CuL_(2)(H_(2)O)_(4)](HL=4-吡啶甲酸).通过元素分析和X-射线单晶衍射对配合物进行表征,结果显示氢键和分子间力在超分子化合物结构的构建过程中发挥了重要作用.荧光光谱测定配合物与鱼精DNA(FS-DNA)的相互作用,结果表明Cu配合物与鱼精DNA具有较强的键合作用.凝胶电泳技术测定配合物对PBR322质粒DNA的切割能力.荧光电子显微镜成像技术呈现了配合物诱导He La癌细胞在形态上产生变化,表明该Cu配合物对癌细胞具有一定的抑制能力.
A novel copper complex[CuL_(2)(H2 O)_(4)](HL=4-picolinic acid)was prepared by hydrothermal synthesis using 4-picolinic acid and Cu(NO_(3))2·3 H2 O.The complexes were characterized by elemental analysis and X-ray single crystal diffraction.The results show that hydrogen bonds and intermolecular forces play an important role in the construction of supramolecular compound structures.The interaction between the complex and fish sperm DNA(FS-DNA)was determined by fluorescence spectroscopy.The results show that the complex has strong bonding with fish sperm DNA.The ability of the complex to cleave PBR322 plasmid DNA was determined by gel electrophoresis.Fluorescence electron microscopy imaging technique showed the morphological changes of HeLa cancer cells induced by complexes,indicating that the complexes have a certain inhibitory ability to detect cells.
