Ni-L/g-C_(3)N_(4)材料制备以及光催化降解性能研究

摘要 以尿素、三聚氰胺为主要原料,在马弗炉中制取类石墨相氮化碳.采用加热回流法和水热法合成了Ni-L/g-C_(3)N_(4),采用X-射线衍射光谱(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对样品进行表征,研究其在可见光照射下对甲基橙染料的降解效率,探究了配合物负载量、催化剂用量、甲基橙初始质量浓度对降解效率的影响.结果表明:甲基橙质量浓度为50 mg/L、配合物负载量为40%(质量分数)、催化剂加入量为30 mg、光降解时间为120 min时降解效果最好. Using graphite and melamine as main raw materials,graphite-like carbon nitride was prepared in muffle furnace.Ni-L/g-C3 N4 was synthesized by heating reflux method and hydrothermal method.The prepared samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The degradation efficiency of methyl orange dye under visible light irradiation was studied.The effects of loading,catalyst concentration and initial concentration of methyl orange on the degradation efficiency were investigated.The results showed that when the degradation of methyl orange was 50 mg/L,the loading amount was 40%,the addition amount was 30 mg,and the photodegradation time was120 min,the degradation effect was the best.
