白云母/纳米TiO_(2)复合光催化剂的制备及性能研究

摘要 以商业纳米TiO_(2)(P25)为原料,采用湿法研磨方式,将纳米TiO_(2)负载于白云母片体表面制得复合光催化剂,以复合后产物光催化性能为指标进行试验参数优化,得到优化加工条件:纳米TiO_(2)负载量40%(质量分数),悬浮液固含量40%(质量分数),球料比3∶1(质量比),研磨机转速1000 r/min,研磨时间60 min.白云母/纳米TiO_(2)复合光催化剂在紫外光照射下,30 min时可使甲基橙溶液完全降解,与纳米TiO_(2)效果类似.该复合光催化剂易于从水中回收,经过5次循环使用后,其光催化降解性能保持不变.白云母/纳米TiO_(2)复合光催化剂中,纳米TiO_(2)均匀负载在白云母片层,且分散性良好,并与白云母在界面形成了较强的结合.白云母使纳米TiO_(2)分散性提高、二者界面较强的结合是提高光生电子传输能力、提升TiO_(2)光催化效率和实现应用过程减量的机制. Using commercial nano-TiO_(2)(P25)as raw material,nano-TiO_(2) was loaded on the sheets of muscovite by wet grinding method in order to obtain the combined photocatalyst.The relative parameters were optimized based on the photocatalytic properties and the optimal parameter combination is as follows:nano-TiO_(2) loading amount(mass fraction)_(4)0%,solid content(mass fraction)_(4)0%,ball to powder ratio(mass ratio)3∶1,rotational speed 1000 r/min and grinding time 60 min.The muscovite/nano-TiO_(2) nanophotocatalyst can degrade methyl orange solution in 30 min under the irradiation of UV light,which is similar to nano-TiO_(2).The produced photocatalyst can be recycled from water easily and its photocatalytic properties sustained after 5 times usage.In muscovite/nano-TiO_(2) composite photocatalyst,nano-TiO_(2) was uniformly loaded on muscorite sheet,and had good dispersion,and formed a strong combination with muscovite at the interface.Muscovite can improve the dispersion of nano-TiO_(2),and the strong combination of the two interface is the mechanism to improve the photo generated electron transport capacity,enhance the photocatalytic effeciency of TiO_(2) and reduce the amount of application process.
