摘要
针对航空发动机在地面零部件试验过程中,试验工艺装置内钣金件与高温燃气直接接触、其冷却结构设计较复杂的现状,介绍一种更为方便、直观、符合实际并易于施工操作的设计方法,即基于NX的钣金设计方法,同时将其应用在航空发动机涡轮冷却试验工装设计中.对该设计完成的钣金件进行展平分析与折弯过程中的强度校核,在此基础上对部分冷却结构设计方案进行改进,同时对工装结构的设计改进方案进仿真验证.验证结果令人满意,符合设计要求.该设计方法对广大试验技术科研人员具有一定的参考价值.
In view of the current situation of the direct contact between the sheet metal parts in the test process device and the high-temperature gas and the complicated design of the cooling structure during the test of the aero engine ground parts,a more convenient,intuitive,practical and easy to operate design method is introduced,that is the NX-based sheet metal design method,which is also used in the design of aero engine turbine cooling effectiveness test device.Flatten analysis and strength check during the bending of the designed sheet metal parts were carried out.On this basis,some cooling structure design schemes were improved.At the same time,the design improvement scheme for the tooling structure was proposed with the simulation.The simulation result is satisfactory and meets the design reguirements,and the design method is of certain reference value for the majority of experimental technical researchers.
