Study on Suitable Areas of Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua in Anhui Province

摘要 目的通过多花黄精适宜性评价,为安徽省不同地区多花黄精种植及合理开发利用提供依据。方法通过实地采集和资料查询,总结不同地区多花黄精性状特点;收集多花黄精132个样点信息,综合43个生态因子,应用最大熵模型分析安徽省不同地区多花黄精生长适宜度。结果对大别山区和皖南山区多花黄精进行实地考察,比较其植物学特征;大别山区和皖南山区的多花黄精植株形态已有一定差异,在大别山区和皖南山区多花黄精存在大量栽培种植;影响安徽省多花黄精生态适宜性的主要环境因子为2月降水量、3月降水量、12月平均气温、7月降水量、土壤类型、11月降水量、植被类型、坡向。安徽多花黄精高适生地区有青阳县、石台县、金寨县、祁门县等地,其生长发育良好,根状茎较粗壮。结论本研究结果与多花黄精原产区一致,可为合理选择优质多花黄精种植地区提供科学依据。 Objective To provide a basis for the planting of Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua in different areas of Anhui Province and for rational development and utilization through the evaluation of the suitability of P.cyrtonema Hua.Methods Characteristics of P.cyrtonema Hua in different regions were summarized through field collection and data query;the information of 132 samples of P.cyrtonema Hua was collected,and by integrating 43 ecological factors,maximum entropy model was applied to analyze the suitability of P.cyrtonema Hua in different regions of Anhui Province.Results The field investigation was performed,and botanical characteristics of P.cyrtonema Hua in Dabie Mountains and southern Anhui Mountains were compared;there were some differences in the characteristics of P.cyrtonema Hua varieties in Dabie Mountains and southern Anhui Mountains.A large number of P.cyrtonema Hua have been cultivated in Dabie Mountains and southern Anhui Mountains.The main environmental factors affecting the ecological suitability of P.cyrtonema Hua in Anhui Province are February precipitation,March precipitation,December precipitation,July precipitation,soil type,Average temperature in December,vegetation type and slope aspect.Qingyang,Shitai,Jinzhai,Qimen and other places were with high suitability of P.cyrtonema Hua in Anhui Province,where its growth was good and the rhizomes were relatively thick.Conclusion The results of this study are consistent with the original production areas of P.cyrtonema Hua,which can provide scientific basis for rational selection of high-quality planting areas of P.cyrtonema Hua.
