基于经筋理论辨治股骨头坏死

Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment of Osteonecrosis of the Femoral Head Based on Theory of Muscle and Tendon

经筋是古代医家总结出肌学相关生理及病理规律的载体。本文基于经筋理论探讨股骨头坏死的相关病机,提出以“查筋依结”为诊断关键,主张以“治在燔针劫刺,以知为数,以痛为腧”为基本治法,“经筋解结”“肌肉解利”为治疗目的,针刀、针灸、推拿等为治疗手段,可为改善股骨头坏死患者髋关节功能及缓解髋部疼痛提供新思路。

Muscle and tendon is the carrier of muscle-related physiological and pathological rules summed up by ancient doctors.Based on the theory of muscle and tendon,this article discussed the pathogenesis of osteonecrosis of the femoral head,proposed the method of“checking the tendons and nodules”as the key to diagnosis and“treat with hot needles for painful acupoints”as the main treatment method.For the purpose of“removing of stasis”and“relaxation of muscle and tendon”,various treatment methods such as acupotomy therapy,acupuncture,massage are used,which can provide new ideas for improving hip joint function and alleviating hip pain in patients with osteonecrosis of the femoral head.
