摘要 混合现实技术(MR)作为虚拟-现实领域的新技术,结合了虚拟现实和增强现实的诸多优点,在医疗领域有着广阔的发展前景。目前,MR技术已逐步试用于多种骨科手术,如创伤外科手术、脊柱外科手术、关节外科手术等,均取得了一定的研究进展。骨肿瘤疾病的多样性,特别是对解剖结构复杂的恶性骨肿瘤,瘤体边界常难以确定,手术操作难度大,较长的手术时间会增加术中大量出血和发生副损伤的风险。且术后存在易复发、易发生远处转移等严重后果。多项研究已证实MR技术的演进和成熟对骨肿瘤患者的医患沟通、手术规划、术中精准定位、新辅助治疗评效等均有所帮助。此外,MR技术对于骨科青年医师提高对骨肿瘤亚专业疾病和手术的理解、掌握和模拟训练也提供了宝贵的培训机会。该文对混合现实技术在骨肿瘤患者围手术期中的应用现状与发展前景进行综述,从不同角度、多个层面展现了卫生健康事业发展的成绩,也为进一步的研究提供参考。 As a new technology in the field of virtual reality,Mixed Reality combines the advantages of virtual reality and augmented reality,which has broad application prospect in medical field.At present,Mixed Reality technology has been gradually applied in a variety of orthopedic surgery,such as trauma surgery,spinal surgery and joint surgery.Due to the diversity of bone tumor diseases,especially for the resection of bone tumor with complex anatomical structure,it is easy to cause related side injuries and increased bleeding.Furthermore,relapse and distant metastasis may occur after the surgery.A number of studies have confirmed that the evolution and maturity of Mixed Reality technology is helpful to doctor-patient communication,surgical planning,intraoperative precise positioning,and efficacy evaluation of neoadjuvant therapy in patients with bone tumor.In addition,it also provides valuable training opportunities for young orthopedic physicians to improve their understanding,mastery and simulation of bone tumor subspecialty diseases and surgeries.In this paper,the application status and development prospect of Mixed Reality technology in perioperative bone tumor patients will be reviewed.
