摘要 培养大学生以工匠精神是高校尤其高职院校的重要使命之一。但在具体实践中存在着口号化而不落地、专业教学“壁上观”、“行本”课程方案缺位等一系列问题,以致严重制约了工匠精神的培育。这些问题主要为观念混沌和师资“普通化”,以及“行本”课程方案价值低估等因素所致。因此,可采取措施以引“工匠”进教室、改机制以促教师“变”工匠、鼓励专业课程方案重构与创新、推进专业课程教学范式的优选与变革等策略,有效培育大学生的工匠精神。 Cultivating students'craftsmanship spirit is one of the important missions of colleges,especially higher vocational colleges.However,in concrete practice,there are a series of problems such as sloganization without implementation,“wall view”of professional teaching,and lack of“line-based”curriculum programs,which seriously restrict the cultivation of craftsmanship.These problems are mainly caused by the confusion of concepts and“generalization”of teachers and the underestimation of the value of the“line-based”curriculum programs;to take measures to attract“craftsmen”into the classroom and to change the mechanism It is imperative to take measures to attract“craftsmen”into the classroom,change the mechanism to promote teachers to become“craftsmen”,encourage the reconstruction and innovation of professional course programs,and promote the selection and change of teaching paradigms of professional courses,so as to effectively cultivate students'craftsmanship.
