摘要
中小学教师资格考试面试中假性教育教学能力的存在影响了国考的信度与效度,困扰着基础教育,并引发了关于其公平性的争议。依据现象学的理论与方法,从根源上看,非师范生的意愿、国考面试的标准与形式、师范专业的培养机制、培训机构的效率等,都为假性教育教学能力的形成提供了条件;从本质上看,假性教育教学能力是一种虚假的表演能力;从特点上看,它具有应试而生、疏离实践、有教无学的特点。总之,它是一种先天不足、后天无用的虚假能力,其破解的关键在于建立专业教育制度与考生资格考查制度等。
The existence of false education and teaching ability in the interview of primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination affects the reliability and validity of the national examination,puzzles the basic education,and leads to the dispute of“fairness”.According to the phenomenological theory and method,it is found that from the root,the willingness of non normal students,the standard and form of national examination interview,the training mechanism of normal majors,and the efficiency of training institutions all provide conditions for the formation of false education and teaching ability.In essence,false education and teaching ability is a kind of false performance ability.From the characteristics,it has the characteristics of exam oriented,alienated from practice,teaching without learning.In a word,it is a kind of false ability which is inborn and useless.The key to solve it lies in the establishment of professional education system and examinee qualification inspection system.
