中小学惩戒教育“失范”现象及对策研究

摘要 惩戒教育是中小学教育和管理体系的必要组成部分。由于在基本认识和秩序管理上存在误区与疏漏,导致中小学惩戒教育常出现惩戒主体混淆、惩戒形式消极、范围随意缺乏标准等问题,甚至导致安全事故,使得惩戒教育成为热点话题。造成此类惩戒教育“失范”现象主要是由于惩戒法规缺失、惩戒认识偏差、惩戒尺度随意等原因。为规范和引导合理的惩戒教育,在法律上须明确惩戒教育界限,做到有法有章;在思想上要正确认识惩戒原则,做到有情有理;在行动上应提升教育惩戒能力,做到有度有节。基于这三方面的对策讨论,为探索建立合理的惩戒教育体系、解决中小学惩戒教育失范问题提供学理依据。 Education punishment is a necessary part of primary and secondary school education and management system.Due to errors and omissions in basic understanding and order management,education punishment in primary and secondary schools often has problems such as confusion of punishment subjects,negative forms of education punishment,random lack of standards in scope,and even frequent safety accidents,making education punishment a hot topic of concern.The kind of education punishment anomy is mainly caused by the lack of punishment regulations,the deviation of punishment understanding,the arbitrary punishment scale and other reasons.In order to standardize and guide reasonable punishment education,the boundaries of punishment education should be clearly defined in law,and laws and regulations should be ensured.Correct understanding of the principle of punishment in thought,to berational;In the action to improve the ability of educational punishment,to achieve a degree of restraint.Based on the discussion of these three aspects,this paper provides a theoretical basis for exploring the establishment of a reasonable punishment education system and solving the problem of punishment education irregularities in primary and secondary schools.
