葡萄酒生产废弃物资源化利用研究——基于CiteSpace的知识图谱量化分析

Resource Utilization of Wastes from Wine Production——Quantitative Analysis of Knowledge Graph Based on CiteSpace

为探究葡萄酒生产废弃物资源化利用的历史演变规律和应用现状,从主观判断转向客观计量,以Web of Science与中国知网的文献资料为数据源,借助CiteSpace文献计量工具,充分挖掘2000—2020年葡萄酒生产废弃物资源化利用研究领域的发展脉络、论文分布及研究热点。结果显示,葡萄酒生产废弃物资源化利用研究经历了萌芽、兴起和扩散3个阶段,国际相关研究较多,应用领域广泛,研究主题逐步从探究其废弃物组成、性质等向资源化利用转移,呈现出3个方面的研究趋势:如何进行葡萄酒生产废弃物的处理是永恒的研究主题,欧美国家在该领域发挥了重要作用;葡萄酒生产废弃物资源化利用是未来葡萄酒相关行业的研究重点;可持续发展将是葡萄酒生产废弃物相关研究的基本思想。国内关于葡萄酒生产废弃物资源化利用的研究总体关注度相对不高,科学技术不能充分应用,但目前的研究重点也正在向资源化利用方向转变。

To explore the historical evolution and application status of wine production waste resource utilization,shifting from subjective judgment to objective measurement,using the related research of Web of Science and CNKI as data source and CiteSpace as a bibliometric tool,the development context,literature distribution and research hot spot were conducted in-depth in the researches field of wine production waste resource utilization during 2000-2020.The results showed that the research on the resource utilization of wine production waste has experienced three stages:beginning,rising and diffusion.There are many international researches on the resource utilization of wine production waste and its application fields are wide.The research topic has gradually shifted from exploring the composition and nature of waste to resource utilization,and presents the following three research trends:How to deal with wine production waste is an eternal subject,European and American countries play an important role in this field;the resource utilization of wine production waste is the future research focus in wine-related industries;sustainable development will be the basic idea of the research on wine production waste.Although the domestic relative attention is not high and the science and technology could not be fully applied,but the current research focus is also changing to the direction of resource utilization.
