摘要
新时代下,高校网络舆情呈现即时性、自由性、多元性和易群体极化特征。以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,做好高校网络舆情的引导已经成为高校工作的重中之重。通过利用文献分析法,对高校网络舆情的涵义和特征进行研究,发现新时代高校网络舆情引导工作中存在无法及时准确地获取高校网络舆情信息、主动引导高校网络舆情的能力不足、具体引导舆情工作的滞后、缺乏处理突发舆情的应急措施等问题,明确了网络舆情引导的指导思想和基本原则,完善网络舆情的监测技术,提高网络舆情引导能力,充分发挥学生作用,引导与自治并行,强化思想政治教育的引导作用,从而全面加强对高校网络舆情的引导。
In the new era,online public opinion in colleges and universities show the characteristics of immediacy,freedom,pluralism and group polarization. Guided by Xi Jinping thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,it has become a top priority for colleges and universities to do a good job in guiding online public opinion. This paper studies the connotations and characteristics of online public opi-nion in colleges and universities with literature analysis. It finds that the online public opinion information of colleges and universities can not be obtained timely and accurately in the new era,insufficient ability to actively guide the online public opinion of colleges and universities,lagging in concrete public opinion guidance,and lack of emergency measures to deal with emergent public opinion. It clarifies the guiding ideology and basic principles of online public opinion guidance,improves the monitoring technology of online public opinion and the ability of online public opinion guidance,gives full play to the role of students in guidance and autonomy,and strengthens the guiding role of ideological and political education to comprehensively strengthen the guidance of online public opinion of colleges and universities.
