加强农村地区群众精神文化活动策略研究--以宣城市农村群众精神文化活动为例

Research on the Strategy of Strengthening Spiritual and Cultural Activities Among the Masses in Rural Areas

农村精神文明建设是社会主义精神文明建设的重要组成部分,是社会主义新农村建设的重要内容,是改变农村面貌、促进农民致富、推动农业发展、提供精神支撑的有效手段。为了进一步深化新形势下加强农村精神文明建设的认识,概述了农村群众精神文化活动现状,分析了农村群众精神文化活动存在的主要问题:人口老龄化;经费不足,公共设施维护难;认识有偏差,群众参与度不高;人才匮乏。探讨了相关的策略:提高认识;提高经费投入;培育特色;培养人才。

Spiritual civilization construction in rural areas is an important part of the socialist spiritual civilization construction and an important content of the socialist new rural construction.It is an effective way to change the rural landscape,promote farmers to get rich and agricultural development,and provide spiritual support.In order to further deepen the understanding of rural spiritual civilization construction under the new situation,this paper summarizes the current situation of rural masses'spiritual and cultural activities,and analyzes the main problems:population aging;insufficient funds,difficult maintenance of public facilities;biased understanding and low participation of the masses;lack of human resources.The related strategies are discussed as follows:enhancing awareness,increasing the input of funds,and cultivating characteristics and talents.
