山东省提升乡风文明的对策研究

On the Countermeasures of Promoting Rural Civilization in Shandong Province

乡风文明是实施乡村振兴战略的重要内容。遵循国家乡风文明建设的目标要求,深入分析山东省乡风文明建设中在思想道德教育、农村公共文化体系、农村优秀传统文化发展、移风易俗等方面存在的问题,提出提升乡风文明的实践路径:坚持思想引领,提升文化传播效力;完善公共文化服务体系,提升文化服务供给力;实施人才分层培养,提升优秀传统文化传承力;修订完善村规民约,提升乡风文明约束力。

Rural civilization is an important part of the strategy of Rural Revitalization. Following the objectives and requirements of the construction of national rural civilization,this paper deeply analyzes the problems existing in the construction of rural civilization in Shandong in terms of ideological and moral education,rural public cultural system,the development of rural excellent traditional culture and changing customs,and puts forward the practical path to improve rural civilization,including adhering to ideological guidance to improve the effectiveness of cultural communication,improving the public cultural service system to enhance the awesome supply of cultural services,implementing layered training of talents to improve the inheritance of excellent traditional culture,and revising village rules and regulations to enhance the binding force of rural civilization.
