摘要 互联网传播时代,文旅融合成为实施乡村振兴战略和乡村治理的重要方式。网络新媒体借助平台优势,讲好乡村文旅故事,推动乡村"互联网+文旅"持续深入开展。菏泽市曾是山东省脱贫攻坚主战场,菏泽乡村依托新兴媒介及互联网技术进行全媒体宣传,通过提升基层领导干部、媒体从业人员和村民的媒介素养,从而提高乡村文旅全过程参与者掌握、利用媒介的能力,为乡村文旅提供组织保障、业务保障和群众基础,进而引领乡村文旅提质增效。 In the era of internet communications,the integration of culture and tourism has become an important way to implement the Rural Revitalization Strategy and Rural Governance. Heze City was once the main battlefield for Poverty Alleviation in Shandong,and local villages should rely on emerging media and internet technology to carry out all-round publicity,improve the media literacy of cadres,media practitioners and villagers,so as to improve the ability of participants in the whole process to master and use media,and provide organizational guarantee,business guarantee and mass foundation for rural culture and tourism,and then lead to improve quality and efficiency.
