菏泽市法治化营商环境完善对策研究

The Countermeasures of Improving the Legalized Business Environment in Heze City

法治是最好的营商环境,菏泽市正积极创建优良的法治化营商环境。分析发现,目前菏泽市法治化营商环境存在立法保障方面的短板、政府某些部门的执法行为有待规范、法治化营商环境的司法保护力度有待加强。应从加强法治化营商环境法律体系的完整性和科学性、行政执法精准对标营商环境指标体系、加强司法对法治化营商环境的保护力度等方面进行完善,优化菏泽市法治化营商环境,促进当地经济社会发展。

The rule of law is the best business environment,and Heze City is actively creating an excellent legalized business environment. This paper analyzes the practice and finds that there are some problems in the legalized business environment of Heze City,such as the weakness of legislative guarantee,the nonstandard law-enforcement behaviors of some government departments,and the lack of relevant judicial protection. It is necessary for Heze to improve the integrity and scientificity of the legal system,the accurate index system of administrative law-enforcement and the strength of judicial protection,optimize the legalized business environment and promote the local economic and social development.
