医院建筑空调内区新风系统运行策略分析

摘要 针对常年存在稳定冷负荷的空调内区房间,因新风系统不分区会存在温湿度达不到设计要求或"冷热抵消"的现象。本文以潍坊地区某医院空调内区房间(诊室)为例,该房间采用相对独立的新风系统(多联机+新风系统),为确保全年室内温度维持在22~26℃,相对湿度维持在40%~60%的范围内,以室外新风含湿量为标准划分"冬季""夏季"和"过渡季节",通过对全年不同季节室外新风处理过程的分析,制定不同季节新风系统的运行策略。 For the rooms in the inner area of air-conditioning with stable cooling load all the year round,the temperature and humidity can not meet the design requirements or the‘cold and heat offset’phenomenon happens because the fresh air system is not partitioned.Taking the air-conditioning rooms(consulting rooms)in the inner area of a hospital in Weifang as example,a relative independent fresh air system(multi-connected air-conditioning(heat pump)unit+fresh air system)is applied.In order to maintain the indoor temperature at 22-26℃and the relative humidity within a reasonable range of 40%-60%all the year round,taking outdoor fresh air moisture content as the index to distinguish“winter”,“summer”and“transition season”,the operation strategies of fresh air system in different seasons are proposed through the analysis on the process of outdoor fresh air handling in different seasons of a year.
