摘要
多联机属于多对象控制系统,其使用场景复杂、负荷变化大、运行随机性强,实际运行情况难以掌握。通过为多联机配置蜂窝通信数据采集模块实现多联机的大数据采集,对采集到的40多万台多联机实际运行数据进行统计分析发现,制冷模式下47.2%的时间同一个系统室内机设定温度峰峰值达5℃或以上,22.7%的时间设定温度峰峰值在9℃或以上,约39%的时间使用过程设定温度与室内环境温度存在3℃以上的偏差。根据实际运行数据,通过控制手段调整用户设定温度,使得室内温差长期保持0℃附近,可以实现约33%的节能效果。
The multi-connected air-conditioning(heat pump)unit is a kind of multi-object control system.It is difficult to grasp the actual operation because of its complex use scenarios,large load changes and strong randomness of operation.By installing the cellular communication data transfer unit for the multi-connected air-conditioning(heat pump)unit,the multi-on-line big data are acquired.The collected data of more than 400000 multi-connected air-conditioning(heat pump)units in actual operation are statistically analyzed.It is found that for the same indoor unit of system,the peak-peak value of setting temperature reaches over 5℃in 47.2%of the time,and it reaches over 9℃in 22.7%of the time.There is a deviation of more than 3℃between the indoor unit setting temperature and the indoor environment temperature in 39%of the time.Based on the actual operation data,and adjusting the user-set temperature by means of control,the temperature difference between the indoor unit setting temperature and the indoor environment temperature is maintained near 0℃for a long time,which means the energy-saving effect can reach about 33%.
