摘要
为了保证机组稳定运行和简化控制逻辑,在实际运行中,往往采用固定吸气压力(制冷时)和固定排气压力(制热时)的方法控制多联机运行。然而当多联机处于部分负荷运行状态时,仍然采用固定目标值的方法将造成一定的能源浪费。本文以一套实际建筑中的多联机为研究对象,分析改变吸气压力前后其制冷性能的变化。试验结果表明,目标吸气压力由8.4 bar(表压)调整为7.3 bar(表压)后(对应制冷剂R410A饱和温度由5℃降低至1℃),多联机名义制冷量提高38.2%,制冷季节能效比SEER降低约13.1%。
In order to ensure the stable operation and simplify the control logic of multi-connected air-conditioning(heat pump)unit,fixed suction pressure(in cooling)and fixed exhaust pressure(in heating)are often adopted during actual operation.However,using the fixed target value method will make some unnecessary energy consumption when multi-connected air-conditioning(heat pump)unit is under partial load conditions.One set of multi-connected air-conditioning(heat pump)unit in office building is analyzed before and after changing the suction pressure.Experimental results show that after the target of suction pressure(gauge pressure)adjusted from 8.4 bar to 7.3 bar,which means that the corresponding refrigerant saturation temperature of R410 A is changed from 5℃to 1℃,the nominal cooling capacity is increased by 38.2%while the seasonal energy efficiency ratio(SEER)is decreased by 13.1%.
