摘要
本文考察了硫化体系对于NBR/橡塑合金共混硫化胶耐寒性以及耐介质性能的影响。研究表明,采用硫黄硫化体系,硫化胶的力学性能优良但是耐寒性耐介质性能较差;使用DCP硫化体系,硫化胶的耐寒性、耐介质性能优良,但是硫化胶的力学性能不佳;使用DCP和硫黄复合硫化体系既可以保证硫化胶力学性能优良,又可以保证硫化胶具有良好的耐寒、耐介质性能。
The effects of curing system on the cold resistance and chemical resistance of NBR/rubber plastic alloy blend vulcanizate were investigated.The results showed that the mechanical properties of vulcanizate were excellent,but the cold resistance and chemical resistance were poor;Using DCP vulcanization system,the cold resistance and chemical resistance of vulcanizate were excellent,but the mechanical properties of vulcanizate were poor;The use of DCP and sulfur compound vulcanization system could not only ensured the excellent mechanical properties of the vulcanizate,but also ensured that the vulcanizate had good cold resistance and chemical resistance.
