五点肘杆式全电动注塑机合模伺服电机额定功率计算

摘要 在肘杆式全电动注塑机设计工作中,合模伺服电机的选择非常的重要。为了选择合适的合模伺服电机,需要采用科学的方法对电机功率进行计算。为了更好的计算全电动注塑机合模伺服电机额定功率的下限值与上限值,分析注塑机的注塑成型工艺特点,分析肘杆式合模机构工作过程中十字头受力的特点,引出用数值计算方法计算驱动合模的伺服电机的额定功率的方法,考虑到额定功率随开模行程增大而减小的特点,给出额定功率的下限值和上限值。经实例验证,表明此方法可行。 The selection of clamping servo motor is very important in the design of elbow bar all electric injection molding machine.In order to select the appropriate clamping servo motor,it is necessary to use a scientific method to calculate the motor power.In order to better calculate the lower limit and upper limit of the rated power of the clamping servo motor of the all electric injection molding machine,analyze the injection molding process characteristics of the injection molding machine,analyze the stress characteristics of the crosshead in the working process of the elbow bar clamping mechanism,and lead to the method of calculating the rated power of the servo motor driving the clamping with the numerical calculation method.Considering that the rated power decreases with the increase of die opening stroke,the lower limit and upper limit of rated power are given.The example shows that this method is feasible.
