摘要
通过对新型移动灯具的上、下灯座盖形体要素的分析,找出了上灯座盖形体上存在的凸台、型孔、大批量和外观要素;下灯座盖形体上存在的凸台、L形凸台、大批量和外观要素。针对特大批量,注塑模采用了一模八腔可分别成型上、下灯座盖的模具结构形式,对于下灯座盖形体上存在的凸台要素,因凸台突出于下灯座盖外形,可以采取定、动模整体型芯进行成型。利用定模型芯的开启,顶杆脱模的最佳优化结构,避免了使用抽芯机构的结构。除了能确保上、下灯座盖的成型和脱模,还简化的注塑模的结构,使之注塑模加工的上、下灯座盖具有多、快、好、省的特点。
Through the analysis of the physical elements of the upper and lower lamp holder cover of the new mobile lamp,the boss,hole,mass and appearance elements existing on the upper lamp holder cover,as well as the boss,L-shaped boss,mass and appearance elements existing on the lower lamp holder cover are found out.For very large batches,the injection mold adopts one mold with eight cavities,which can form the mold structure of upper and lower lamp holder covers respectively.Because the boss protrudes from the shape of the lower lamp holder cover,the fixed and moving die integral core can be used for molding.Using the opening of the fixed mode and the optimal structure of ejector rod demolding,the structure of core pulling mechanism is avoided.In addition to ensuring the molding and demolding of the upper and lower lamp holder covers,it also simplifies the structure of the injection mold,so that the upper and lower lamp holder covers processed by the injection mold have the characteristics of multi,fast,good and saving.
