体验经济视角下无锡清名桥历史文化街区保护与更新设计探析

The Study on the Design of Protection and Renewing the Qingming Bridge Historic Area in Wuxi in the Perspective of Experience Economy

以无锡清名桥历史文化街区作为研究对象,结合建筑学设计理论、风景园林美学中审美主体体验的研究,以及体验经济理论对体验感的总结等研究方法,在体验经济视角下,从设计逻辑展开,总结归纳各设计阶段的要点与模式,包括明确“江南水弄堂”“创意创新”“历史风情”等体验主题;设计具有历史特色、层次丰富的体验空间;营造具有娱乐性、教育性、审美性、沉浸性的体验情境3个阶段。针对体验经济视角下历史文化街区保护与更新易出现的与原住民产生矛盾、活动规划不当、外来文化冲击等问题提出相应解决策略。以期为历史文化街区的保护与更新设计提供参考,实现文化、社会、经济多方面的价值增益。

In the perspective of experience economy,this paper takes Qingming Bridge Historic Area as the research object.Based on the theories in Architectural Design,Aesthetics of Landscape Architecture and Experience Economy,the design process of protection and renewing the historic districts is divided into three phases:clearing the experience theme "Shuilongtang in Jiangnan" "Creativity" and "History";designing the experience space of historical characteristics and rich layers;and creating the entertaining,educational,aesthetic and immersive experience atmosphere.This paper proposes the corresponding solutions to the problems such as conflicts with the native people,improper activity planning and the impact of foreign culture during the protection and renewal of historical area under experience economy.The summary of the design points and methods of each phase can provide references in order to realize the gain of cultural,social and economic values of historic districts.
