Preliminary Study on Green Development Mode of Whole Rice Industry Chain in Shanghai

为促进粮食产业转型升级和可持续发展,经多年探索,围绕水稻绿色生产全产业链建设,通过适合绿色生产和产业化开发的优质稻品种引育、绿色生产模式应用、种养结合、清洁化栽培技术集成、标准化生产和智能化管理、优质稻米绿色生产基地和产品认证、稻米质量安全追溯体系及品牌化建设等途径,形成了集优质稻品种、品牌和绿色生产、产业化开发为一体的可复制、推广的优质稻米绿色生产技术和产业化生产模式,在上海市崇明、青浦、松江、奉贤等水稻绿色生产示范基地进行示范,取得了良好的经济、社会和生态效益。

To promote the transformation,upgrading and sustainable development of the grain industry,we focused on the construction of the whole industrial chain of green production of rice for many years in Shanghai.We introduced and bred high-quality rice varieties suitable for green production and industrial development,applied green production mode,combined planting and breeding,integrated clean cultivation technology,established standardized production and intelligent management,established green production base and produced certification of high-quality rice,constructed rice quality and safety traceability system and brand.After years of exploration,it has formed a reproducible and popularized green production technology and industrialized production mode of high-quality rice integrating high-quality rice varieties,brands,green production,and industrialized development.It has been demonstrated in rice green production demonstration bases of Chongming,Qingpu,Songjiang and Fengxian in Shanghai,and achieved good economic,social and ecological benefits.
