水稻秧苗抗低温调控剂的筛选及应用效果初探

摘要 为筛选出一种有效、适用的化学调控剂,减轻水稻苗期低温冷害,以湘早籼45号为材料,进行低温下不同化学试剂、混合剂、喷洒时期和喷洒次数的筛选及应用效果试验。结果表明,与对照相比,单独喷施0.01 mol/L CaCl_(2)、20 mg/L烯效唑、6 g/L K_(2)HPO_(4)、10 mg/L ABA、100 mg/L水杨酸、10 mg/L 6-BA溶液可显著提高低温下幼苗活苗率。与单剂喷施相比,在2叶1心期连续喷施3次DTKJ混合液(即20 mg/L烯效唑、6 g/L磷酸二氢钾、100 mg/L水杨酸、10 mg/L脱落酸以2∶3∶1∶1体积比配置的混合液)对低温下幼苗根系活力和活苗率的提高幅度更大,调控效果更优,表现出一定的协同诱导效应。 In order of this research was to screen an effective and applicable chemical regulator to reduce the low temperature chilling injury of rice seedlings,Xiangzaoxian 45 was used as the materials to the experiments of screening and application effect of different chemical agents,mixtures,spraying stages and spraying times under low temperature stress were conducted.The results showed that compared with the control(spraying water),spraying separately 0.01 mol/L of calcium chloride solution,20 mg/L of uniconazole solution,6 g/L of potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution,10 mg/L of abscisic acid(ABA)solution,100 mg/L of salicylic acid solution and 10 mg/L of 6-Benzylaminopurine(6-BA)solution could significantly increased the survival rate of seedlings at under low temperature.Spraying DTKJ mixture solution(i.e.,the mixture of 20 mg/L uniconazole,6 g/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate,100 mg/L salicylic acid,10 mg/L ABA in the proportion of 2∶3∶1∶1)for three consecutive times at the second leaf stage had better effect than spraying any single chemical reagent with a significant increase in root activity and seedling survival rate of rice under low temperature conditions,indicating a certain synergistic induction effect of the chemical reagents.
