The Communist Party of China(CPC)has gone through the glorious course of one hundred years.Over the past 100 years,CPC has been committed to fulfilling its original mission and has made great achievements in the history of the development of the Chinese nation.Although there are many factors of the China’s rise,the policy of opening up is a great awakening of the CPC,an important strategic measure for the CPC to complete its original mission,and an important magic key for realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.As the frontier of China’s border opening up,Yunnan has been unswervingly expanding its opening up policy in accordance with the direction of the party’s guidance,and has also made great achievements.Reviewing the history of Yunnan’s reform and opening up,we can find that adhering to the leadership of the CPC,constantly emancipating the mind,determined to reform,and continuously expanding the opening up are the"key moves"for Yunnan’s continuous development and catching up with the times.
