云南与东南亚南亚国家文化交流十年志

Manners and Characteristics of Cultural Exchange between Yunnan Province and Southeast Asian and South Asian Countries

20世纪80年代以来,云南逐渐从中国对外开放的末端转变为大西南对外开放的前沿。在与周边国家开展以经济合作为重点的交往过程中,云南积极推动澜沧江—湄公河、孟中印缅等宽领域、多层次的合作,提升了云南与东南亚、南亚国家的合作水平。在云南与东南亚南亚国家的合作中,特别是在2000~2010年的10年时间里,云南积极利用地缘优势,与毗邻的东南亚、南亚国家开展各种形式的文化交流活动,采取"请进来"和"走出去"的方式,通过双方、多方举办的"节庆活动""文艺展演""文化展会""学术交往""考察互访"等文化活动平台进行文化交流。多种形式的交流,是云南与东南亚、南亚国家文化交流的显著特点。云南与东南亚、南亚文化交流,对于我国"坚持与邻为善,以邻为伴,坚持睦邻、安邻、富邻,突出体现亲、诚、惠、容的理念"的周边外交方针和理念,加强睦邻友好关系,促进澜沧江—湄公河以及孟中印缅经济走廊沿线国家的经贸、文化、教育、旅游的开发与合作起到了积极的作用。

Since 1980 s,from the end of China’s opening to the outside world,Yunnan province has moved gradually to the forefront of the opening up in Southwest China.In the economic cooperation with neighboring countries,by actively promoting the wide-ranging and multi-level cooperation of Lancang-Mekong and BangladeshChina-India-Myanmer Regional Cooperation,Yunnan has enhanced the level of cooperation between Yunnan and Southeast Asian and South Asian countries.In the cooperation with these countries,it takes advantage of its geographical advantages to carry out various forms of cultural exchange activities with them by means of"inviting in"and"going out",the cultural activities such as festival activities,literary and artistic performances,cultural exhibitions,academic exchanges and mutual visits,bilateral and multilateral cultural activities.Flexible manners of exchanges are the distinctive features of cultural exchanges between Yunnan and Southeast Asian and South Asian countries.The cooperation between Yunnan and Southeast Asian and South Asian countries also plays a positive role in building peaceful and stable surroundings of China.And it do the same in building Yunnan into a province with and China’s radiation center facing South and Southeast Asia.
