摘要
在柴油机电子控制单元(Electronic Control Unit, ECU)开发过程中,为更好地利用硬件在环(Hardware-in-the-Loop, HIL)测试对ECU进行全面深入测试,快速准确地跟踪控制模块的故障,分析了柴油机ECU HIL灰盒测试原理,提出了一种基于灰盒测试原理的柴油机ECU HIL测试用例开发方法。以柴油机ECU控制模块中起动喷油量计算模块为对象进行了方法运用,在实例开发过程中对各开发步骤进行了详细说明与例证,并对开发的灰盒测试用例进行了实验验证。结果表明,灰盒测试用例能对该模块内关键功能点、参数及外部关键输入输出信号进行测试,实现对该模块的HIL测试。此例验证了基于灰盒测试原理的柴油机ECU HIL用例开发方法的适用性,为V开发模式中保证柴油机ECU质量提供了新的思路与方法。
In the development process of diesel engine’s electronic control unit(ECU),in order to make better use of hardware-in-the-loop(HIL)test for testing ECU comprehensively and deeply,quickly and accurately tracking the fault of ECU’s control module in HIL test,based on grey-box testing principle,the purposes of diesel engine’s ECU HIL test are analyzed,and a development method of test cases is proposed.The method is applied and verified by start-up fuel injection calculation module in ECU control module,the development steps are explained and illustrated in detail in the case development process,and grey-box test cases are experimentally verified.The results show that the grey-box test cases can complete the test of each key function points,parameters and external key signals of input and output of the module,and realize the HIL test of this module.This case verifies the applicability of diesel engine’s ECU HIL test case development method based on grey-box testing principle,which provides a new idea and method to ensure the quality of diesel engine’s ECU in V-development mode.
