基于NB-IoT的海岛海水淡化远程监控系统

摘要 针对我国海岛海水淡化设备无人少人值守、集中监管力度不足、设备运行可靠性差以及设备维护检修时效性差等问题,设计开发了一套海水淡化远程监控系统。通过对比主流通信手段和方式,从实用性、经济性、可靠性角度出发遴选窄带物联网(NB-IoT)作为该套监控系统的通信组网方式;从系统硬件设计和软件开发两个方面进行详细阐述,硬件方面重点解决了远程DTU供电电路稳定可靠、采集信号兼容性的问题;软件开发方面完成通信、数据库及上位监控等多套软件的开发。系统完成开发并依托福建古雷港100 t/d反渗透海水淡化中试实验装置得以应用,运行结果表明:系统数据测量采集精准、通信传输稳定可靠,为有效解决海岛海水淡化安全稳定运行提供了技术支撑和保障。 Aiming at the problems of unmanned seawater desalination equipment in China,insufficient centralized supervision,poor equipment operation reliability and maintenance and repair timeliness,a remote monitoring system for seawater desalination is designed and developed.By comparing mainstream means and methods of communication,the NarrowBand Internet of Things(NB-IoT)is selected as the communication networking method of the monitoring system from the perspectives of practicability,economy and reliability.The detailed descriptions are made from two aspects of system hardware design and software development,and the hardware aspect focuses on solving the problems of the stability and reliability of the power supply circuit of the remote DTU,and the compatibility of the collected signals.The software development has completed the development of multiple sets of software such as communication,database and upper monitoring.The system has been developed and applied based on the 100 t/d reverse osmosis seawater desalination pilot plant in Gulei Port,Fujian.The operation results show that the system has accurate data measurement and collection,stable and reliable communication and transmission,which provides technical support and guarantee for the safe and stable operation of seawater desalination on islands.
