基于压气机进口导叶可调的涡轴发动机性能参数换算方法研究 被引量:2

摘要 通过分析研究涡轴发动机整机试验性能评价方法,量化分析了大气湿度对涡轴发动机整机性能的影响程度,分析研究了湿度修正导致相同换算转速下压气机进口导叶角度不一致的原因。对原涡轴发动机整机试验性能评价方法进行改进,引入因湿度修正后压气机进口导叶角度不一致对整机性能影响的修正项,并通过试验研究获得了涡轴发动机燃气发生器相对换算转速0.90~0.98时压气机进口导叶角度修正量与环境温度和湿度的曲线。验证结果表明,改进后的涡轴发动机整机试验性能评价方法效果明显,精度得到较大提升。 A test performance evaluation method for a turboshaft engine was studied to quantify the influ⁃ence of atmospheric humidity on the performance of turboshaft engine test,and the reason that humidity cor⁃rection causes the different angle of the inlet guide vane of compressor at a same corrected speed was ana⁃lyzed and studied.The test performance evaluation method for a turboshaft engine was improved by adding the correction term for the influence of the performance caused by different angles of the inlet guide vane of compressor.The lines of the modified value of the angle of the compressor inlet guide vane of a turboshaft en⁃gine against ambient temperature and humidity while the corrected gas generator speed at between 0.90 and 0.98 was established through experimental study.The verification results show that the improved test perfor⁃mance evaluation method for a turboshaft engine test performance is more reasonable and of higher accuracy.
