航空发动机附件振动夹具等效优化设计

摘要 通过分析航空发动机燃油控制系统多管路产品振动试验过程中的故障因素,针对产品受振动环境非线性动态位移作用特点,采用多自由度模型缩聚降阶方案,模拟产品安装在发动机上真实的动力学特性,进行了振动夹具优化设计。试验数据和仿真结果表明,优化后,产品上的响应量值大幅改善,振动试验仿真数据与产品在发动机上实际安装仿真数据变化趋势基本一致,表明基于模型缩聚的振动夹具结构等效优化技术路径合理可行。 Through the analysis of system failure factors in the process of product pipeline vibration test for a certain aero-engine fuel control,in view of the product influenced by nonlinear dynamic displacement characteristics of vibration environment,the real dynamic characteristics of the product installed on the en⁃gine was simulated by multiple DOF model,and the design of vibration fixture was optimized.The test data and simulation results show that the product response value is effectively improved,and the test simulation data is basically consistent with the change of actual installation simulation data,which indicate that the equivalent optimization technology path of vibration fixture structure based on model reduction is reason⁃able and feasible.
